Messaging program

Crown & Core may send text messages related to your appointments (such as confirmations and reminders) and, only if you separately opt in, promotional messages about services, offers, and events.

Consent

Promotional messages are sent only to people who have given express consent, for example by checking the optional marketing box on one of our forms. Consent to promotional messages is not required to request or purchase any service.

Appointment-related messages may be sent when you provide your mobile number to book or manage an appointment.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out

• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe from that message type.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
• After opting out you will receive one final message confirming your request.

Health information in messages

Text messages are not a secure channel. We aim to keep messages limited to scheduling and general information, and we ask that you do not send sensitive health information by text. See our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy for how we handle consumer health data.

Privacy

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
