Breathe concentrated oxygen under mild pressure to support tissue repair, injury recovery and readiness during demanding training and competition.

Through the lens of Performance & Recovery
Oxygen-rich recovery for athletes
Training and competition put heavy demands on tissue repair. Hyperbaric oxygen sessions let you breathe concentrated oxygen under mild pressure, which increases the amount of oxygen your blood can carry to working muscle and recovering tissue.
- 01Support for tissue repair after hard training
- 02Part of injury recovery plans
- 03Help managing exercise-related inflammation
- 04Recovery during travel and competition schedules

Overview
More oxygen where recovery happens
Muscle, tendon and ligament repair all depend on oxygen. During hard training blocks, or after an injury, demand for it rises.
In a hyperbaric chamber, the air pressure is raised slightly while you breathe concentrated oxygen. That lets more oxygen dissolve into your blood plasma and reach tissue that is working to recover.
Athletes and active people use hyperbaric sessions to support recovery from intense training, as part of injury rehabilitation alongside their medical team, and to feel restored after travel and competition.
Benefits & Goals
Why athletes use hyperbaric oxygen
01
Injury recovery support
Often used alongside physiotherapy or medical care for strains, sprains and soft-tissue injuries.
02
Tissue repair
Higher oxygen availability may support the body's natural repair of muscle and connective tissue.
03
Reduction in inflammation
May help moderate inflammation and swelling after intense exertion.
04
Faster return to training
Many athletes use sessions to feel ready for quality work sooner between hard efforts.
05
Travel and competition recovery
A calm, restorative session after flights, tournaments and multi-day events.
06
Rest and focus
Sixty quiet minutes to decompress, which supports sleep and mental recovery too.
